This Privacy Policy explains how Relio (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Relio (the “Service”) — both as a creator with an account and as a brand or visitor who interacts with a creator's profile and concierge.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your email address, name, and authentication details when you sign up as a creator.
- Profile content — the profile, rate card, availability, platforms, and agent rules you configure.
- Alert contact details — the phone number you provide to receive SMS or WhatsApp alerts about new deals.
- Conversation data — messages exchanged with the AI concierge, and the campaign details, brief, and contact information a brand or visitor submits through the chat.
- Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Service, used for security, rate-limiting, and reliability.
2. How we use information
- to operate the creator profile and run the AI concierge;
- to qualify inbound inquiries against a creator's rules, capture the brief, and alert the creator by SMS, WhatsApp, or email;
- to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits on public endpoints;
- to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
The concierge is powered by a third-party large-language-model provider. Conversation content is sent to that provider to generate responses and extract the brief. We instruct the agent to operate within each creator's configured rules and not to invent rates or commitments. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat that is not necessary for the inquiry.
4. How we share information
We share information only as described here:
- With the relevant creator — details a brand or visitor submits (campaign, brief, contact info) are shared with the creator whose profile they contacted, so the creator can follow up.
- With service providers — hosting and database infrastructure, our AI/LLM provider, SMS/WhatsApp and email delivery services, and payment processing, each acting on our behalf to run the Service.
- For legal reasons — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data isolation
The Service is multi-tenant and enforces row-level security so that each creator's data is isolated to their account. A creator cannot access another creator's deals, conversations, or configuration.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
